Welllll, I totally pigged out tonight. Went to a turkey and oyster feast tonight at one of the local churches and ate waaaay too much. The meal consisted of multiple servings of Fried Oysters, Turkey, Stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, cole slaw, rolls, chocolate cake and strawberry cake. I know my weight will be back up tomorrow, but I will do what I need to do to get it back down.

Boy did I have a gain. Set myself back a week, but I will do what I know to do and be back below 153.6 by Friday.
We are celebrating my SIL's 60th birthday today at the Dutch's Daughter Restaurant and will be eating around 1:30. I will have only one plate and that will be my meal for the day so I look forward to the losses beginning tomorrow.1 -

The Birthday celebration was a huge success. My SIL was surprised and really happy. Below is a picture of my meal. I also had a chocolate mouse pie that is not pictured. This meal was consumed at around 1:45pm.

I had another big meal after church today at Applebee's to include appetizers and my meal. I ate early and am done eating for the day. I am for tomorrow to be a low calorie day.1

I haven't been to Applebee's in ages! I was never a fan of their food back then, but I remember their drinks being great! What did you get, and how was it?0

We rarely go to Applebees, but there is not much as far as restaurants in my town so we went local as we were treating a family to dinner. I enjoyed the meal.

I used a spice mix I make with curry, cumin, turmeric, and other spices for a type of curry seasoning.0 -

Tonight's meal. I ended up going with the lamb chops over the salmon but I kept to my no appetizers and no dessert. It was delicious.
