I've got a Galaxy Watch and when it comes to my steps sync'n it's a hit miss at times it seems. I'm usually having to input my steps in on MapMyFitness at the end of the day and thus it shows my steps here. I wish there apps n devices worked together better too.

its all a start. im sorta in the same boat as you. i grew up basically in restaurants n greasy spoon cafe. dont get me wrong, i do know how to cook. its just at times im to lazy to cook and cooking for one can be boring. i am trying to learn now and be healthier

I love walking and love it. I'm use to walking everywhere as a kid. I currently walk nightly between 8 to 10 km along the seawall here.
