My next short term goal is to get to 299 😊. So am focusing on being diligent on tracking food, and am increasing frequency and…

I have been diligent with tracking my food with MFP. Signed up for a twice a week aerobics class to help increase my calorie deficit. Now I…
  • Pick one thing to focus on, just one change. Commit to that one change, and stick with it. When you are ready, add one more change. You’ll know when you are ready to add ‘one more thing’. Don’t overwhelm yourself, don’t over commit - one change, be comfortable with it, one more change and take it one day at a time. 😊
  • NO!! Don’t give up. Buckle down and be consistent- document your intake, make sure you are expending more calories than you are eating. Every day is a new opportunity. Be patient with yourself. Be honest with yourself. Keep on trying! All of us are trying right with you 🤓. Check in with us at least daily and let us know…
