Hi all! I’m new here. Happy to find this group. Thank you for being here. I need accountability while loosing 20 lbs on my way to becoming strong and healthy. Riding my bike is my main exercise. I have a road bike and like to ride for distance and endurance. I need to eat a paleo diet because I have lupus and paleo works great as an anti inflammatory diet. I am inconsistent at best. Let’s see goals for October: Eat paleo. Ride 45 miles per week...at least 3 days. Log food and exercise daily in MFP. Check into this group regularly.
