I'm just really starting with getting fit, and I feel a little overwhelmed, but I'm trying to start with just making sure I drink enough water, eat right, and get some exercise in everyday. I started a blog to keep myself accountable on wordpress, and I'm focusing on portion control while I research healthy diets and such. I dont have that great of a support team, and that's where I'm kinda looking for help. I'm currently using bodbot for exercise help. Since I really have no clue what I'm doing, but so far so good.

    Hi! Good luck 👍🏾I have found that every day I have to decide if I am eating healthy or not and if I am exercising or not. Just remember that every day, it’s your decision.
    What is a bodbot? Have you checked YouTube? I have found YouTube really helpful to learn about various exercises.
