  • When you want to eat sugar, you rather take fruits. You can made some healthy cookies with bananas and oats for exp. 4-5 balanced meals, one meal in a week you can eat whatever you want, but one meal. Dont be afraid to eat, but eat healthy. You can do this!!!!
