Im 21 and a new mom, I’ve always struggled with my weight, about 2.5 years back i lost 100lbs within a year and from the time I hit my goal weight I just lost all motivation and in18months I gained it all back, and my weight keeps creeping up (got pregnant, now 3 months postpartum) . How do I lose it and keep it off?!?! I’m so disappointed in myself! #emotionaleater #chronicovereater #sugarjunkie
I need a buddy to push me to keep going!

    Or maybe you just need to figure out if sugar addiction is a thing, and that sugary foods just taste good, and even better when they're forbidden, and if you're better off thinking that you're in charge of your food intake?

    When you want to eat sugar, you rather take fruits. You can made some healthy cookies with bananas and oats for exp.
    4-5 balanced meals, one meal in a week you can eat whatever you want, but one meal. Dont be afraid to eat, but eat healthy. You can do this!!!!
