  • Are you giving your body enough rest time? Pushing too hard forward is not always ideal, especially for me personally: I started going to the gym a lot 4-5 times per week, pushing for those fast rewards, but all I got in return after a month was disappointment at slow progress and exhaustion (mental and physical)
