They are low, which is why I notice that level on my daily nutrition summary. That’s interesting about it not being required on labels, though I’m mostly eating food from single ingredients, and using the MFP values.

I’m in. I started 5/24 and have lost 13.5 so far. Another 20 by fall would be great. I’m new to the app - can you add me or do I need to do something?

When I had a knee injury, I was usually able to sort of run in place, but without lifting my feet, if that makes sense. You just sort of bounce, but you can get your heart rate up nicely. When I couldn’t even do that, I’d sit in a chair and do “chair dancing.” Good luck!
