I like monk fruit and stevia and I do like the black bean brownies stuff like that, I cannot stand the skinny syrups from Starbucks! Anything with Splenda or the like I instantly regret

Yea I agree, just don’t over do it because a 300 calorie mcchicken tastes good in th moment but it doesn’t fill you up, therefore you end up eating more food. I have to watch myself on this and realllly ask myself if I want that mcchicken or iced latte :) best of luck to u

A venti (large) pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks is like 550.... that’s insane in my book! If I want a fall tasting coffee I’ll just get a normal coffee add cream and a couple pumps of the pumpkin syrup. Sooo much less calories!

I totally understand with the pms!!! It gets insane. Please don’t hate yourself or want to die. I suggest you find a holistic doctor to help you slowly get off those meds that actually can make things worse! Literally I tried the free trail all excited and when I logged a Greek yogurt that is 200 calories it said it was 12 points
