Who has lost weight only doing normal day to day activities and counting calories? I don’t plan on going to the gym until I lose at least 20 pound.

2 pounds down!
I stared counting my calories starting January 3rd and I weighted myself today and I am down 2 pounds. I was honestly hoping I would drop more the first week. Does that sound good or do I need to lower my cals? I’ve heard people usually drop more than that the first week.

Going from 3000 cals to 1500
I decided to make a change for my health 2 weeks ago, I’ve lost 10 pounds so far and I’ve been going at 1500 cals a day. Before I was eating whatever I wanted hence the 3000+ a day. It was crazy. Tips for toning legs

Calorie intake and macros relationship
My goal is to lose weight and I try to keep my macros 40 carbs 30 fat and protein, but some days I end up eating less protein and more carbs or more protein then fat, etc..... Does this really make a difference in weight loss if I am eating the correct amount of calories?

Tabata weights question
Just yesterday I did 30 minutes of tabata weights/squats and my legs still feel sore. Not like DOMS but jello like. It’s weird. Is this normal? I’ve never done tabata exercises before. I’m just a little nervous I did something wrong.

When should I take a rest day?
I started doing strength training videos 3 days ago walking and a low calorie diet and I did the videos 3 days in a row and the DOMS is literally killing me lol.
