Girl I used to ask the same questions as u hoping for a cheat day. I am 228 right now since last week and on day 6 of my 2000 cal a day journey. I feel lighter already. I am definitely hydrated I drink so much water everyday, but I am not so sure about electrolytes. Carbs are still normal and I sleep well. I did cut back on having 3 cups a day down to 1 so maybe that’s it too

I know pretty much any autoimmune disease can be reveresed eating a very, very clean and sugar free diet. It’s hard to do, but it is possible. You might want to check that out if you are nervous you are suffering from one

I upped it to 1800 because 1500 was too hard but I think 1800 a day is good for me:) thank u guys
