I started doing strength training videos 3 days ago walking and a low calorie diet and I did the videos 3 days in a row and the DOMS is literally killing me lol. It really hurts to sit down and walk down stairs. Should I push on for another couple days? I need suggestions on when to take a rest day. Thank you all

1. You're just starting, try alternating days
2. IF it's just DOMS, it will clear up with activity. Try doing 20-30 minutes of light elliptical training on your off days.
3. how low calorie? you need to feed your training even in a deficit.
4. According to your profile picture you're much too young to be on MFP. It's for adults 18+.
