Ive lost 14 lbs since end of june..now at 222 lbs. Goal this season is to lose 5 lbs per month. Tracking food water etc big help this summer

Day2 for me. Have 100 lbs to lose. Plan is losing 10 lbs x 10 times. Overwhelming to think about total goal. Health has been going downhill for 5 yrs.
