I'm on depo and yeah I'm periods stopped completely, but so did my libido. I have actually booked a gp appointment to discuss coil, because my absolute lack of appetite for sex is taking its toll on my marriage now... Apparently the Mirena coil can stop you having periods too...

Joining ex-WW group! I have lost quite a few kgs with them, but the idea in general seemed less and less healthy. A lot of these people are filling themselves up with chickpea and aspartame cakes only. And eggs. And banana and egg pancakes.

I went for Xiaomi Mi Band 2. Tracking fitness, burned calories, measuring your heartbeat and watching your sleep. Also with vibrating alarms and other funny extras. Paid around £16 and it is really good. Check the reviews on Google. I am a happy bunny :D

Same here... Tried No Count plan for 10 days and kept munching on crumpers just because they were one of zero point foods! Absolutely no portion control >:)

I don't think WW is balanced to be honest. You get the freedom to eat anything, yes, however some people will eat 'zero hero' food all day, just to have half a cake in the evening using the saved points... I'd rather do healthy choices, and why pay WW monthly if I can do it here for free, while having proper insight into…
