Hi, I'm a night shift carer at residential home. I need your advice. As we normally eat around 2am here, would you track food and steps midnight to midnight or sleep to sleep? Not sure which approach is better... Thank you

Strava overestimating burnt calories?
So I went for a 7 miles run this morning and Strava estimated 970 burnt calories! Seems quite high for me, but I'm a newbie here and never paid attention to these before. I'm sure Straca has all my details up to date (esp weight)... Any ideas?
