Completed my first week. Lost 5lb, slipped a bit over the weekend but back to it with overnight oats, chicken salad and fruit today!

I've had a personal trainer work my Marcos out for me, I've inputted these into myfitnesspal so I can aim for them. Hiya! I've just restarted my whole fitness pal account fresh. Been asked to be a bridesmaid Dec 2019, so although weightless isn't a requirement I though I'd use it to give me motivation. I have about half my body weight to lose. I'm currently 272.7lb.
