I definitely identify as a food addict! The hardest part for me is that unlike other addictions, abstinence can't be used. I'm pretty much all or nothing, the second I get a taste of food it consumes me, but I can't not eat indefinitely. I'm really struggling to lose weight with my ED :/

I'm with you! Need to lose 78lbs to get to my pre-pregnancy weight and then an additional 56lbs to get a healthy bmi! My first focus is losing the 5 stone which I'd love to shed by this time next year :)

I log as I go but sometimes I have a think about what I want for lunch and dinner and if there's something I really fancy I log it to reserve the calories. I like to save some calories for the evening too because I know that's when I'm more likely to snack, but I don't physically reserve these calories I just know to leave…
