Hi I have just over 100lbs to loose, anyone else in the same boat? Even if not could do with a few more friends.

I started with 120 pounds to lose and I am now 85 pounds away from my first goal. Stick with it and don't get disappointed when things don't seem to work out. Perseverance is more important than people believe.7

Same boat I have 100 to go to had lost 60 but have started to rapidly gain I’m at 16 lens gain so far really needing motivation Right now hoping I can get the motivation I need .please feel free to add me anyone who is working towards their goals and need motivation as well0

I'm in the same boat! I had myself a nice long break from dieting and paid the price by gaining most of the 44 pounds I had lost. Counting calories has worked well for me. I'm allowing myself at least 1,200/day. 1,500 at most. Everyone feel free to add me!0

It’s hard for me to admit it but I’m there too. I weighed myself to start this a few days ago and nearly cried. I avoid looking at myself in the mirror... it’s too real. I keep saying I need to lose 50 pounds but my “healthy weight” should be closer to -100. I truly would be happy with -50 ... I have not been in the “healthy weight” for most of my adult life.
So 51yo... and should lose 90 but aiming for 50.

150 to lose. It seems so overwhelming! I was considering the gastric sleeve procedure, but I’m trying to watch what I eat (1200 calories high protein low carb). I’m just a couple days in and I’m still trying to figure out meals, etc.. I figure even if I had surgery I’d have to do the same thing so it’s time to start paying attention to nutrition.0

I have 86 pounds to lose, and I'll still be classed as overweight! I'll probably lose more after that but I'm focusing on 86 for now. I've not long joined but I'm very motivated and I'll be logging on daily and tracking my weight weekly. Feel free to add0

I'm not on keto but I've done it in the past. Sometimes think of going back to it. I have a few friends who have done keto and are still doing it and they've seen amazing results. If you love cheese, cream, meat and eggs etc then it's a good 'diet' to be on! You do see results so it might be worth trying it for a month and seeing if it's for you? It's just trial and error with which diet works best0 -
