Again I'd like to remind you that she is asking for help and opinions. So i did just that there is no room for bashing others on their opinions. I don't just go around telling folks "hey thats stupid, what he/she said is wrong now listen to me". At the end of the day its up to the OP to figure out what works for them.

Your method works too, but i wouldn't be too fast to bash someone on their opinions and what works for them. Keep calm and drive on.

Seems like you're having a rough time, but the words that wake me up the most often come from people i know and see on a regular basis. Find someone you know and see often that says unnecessary health related things. For me it'll do it if a friend said "are you sure you want that? Its loaded with calories." Or " bruh you…

The annoying bongo drummer guy (street performer) broke his radio. Usually things like this don't phase him (i think he's on drugs) but tonight the show ended abruptly and the night is much quieter around the hotel.

Female cyclists at your height would be about 132lbs. But thats at a competitive stand point... i think 150lbs is reasonable.

When i was 7 i cought geckos and placed them in little ziplock bags (small jewelry bags) that i had poked holes into to run dental floss through a piece of plastic bag and the ziplock to make a mini parachute. I'd go to the roof of my condo and drop the gecko thats in the little jewelry bag parachute off the building. I…

I know this feeling all too well. I love my days of solitude during the work week. Especially before work or after a workout session. I'd be trying to relax or mentally prepare myself for work and X (person or people) will ask questions about what if. Right after i answer it with an answer that ends to question they ask.…

I think you might wanna start off with swiming. It'll apply less impact to your joints. You could even get pool weights and use those to workout while in the pool. All in one place you can get low impact cardio and weight training. I hope there is a nearby pool you know of indoor/outdoor doesn't matter. When you start…

A week before the race - Make sure all my tools are ready and working. - Make sure my bike is being looked at professionally. - Begin resting while still doing ultra light exercises and eating (minding my calorie and macros). Two days prior to the race. - Start eating high carbohydrate meals. - Stop doing ultra light…

My diary is open, but i eat the same things almost religiously... its just my opinion but i think my body digests food better if it's well accustomed to it. That being said i eat the same things over and over throughout the week. Spring mix 1 entire plate topped with 3 table spoons of salsa. 2 large eggs coocked over 1…

How about just focus on yourself for now? The more you refine your mind the less you will worry about rejection. Also people see when you're working hard and eventually you will pull people towards you like a magnet because they see you for who you are and admire your work.
