5-6 days a week depending on how i feel but mostly 5 times a week. Monday-Thursday is muscle training and 2 hours on the stationary bike at moderate effort. If i feel like it ill go vigorously. Friday-Saturday is rest day with possible light activity. Most likely im just resting. Sunday is road cycling for about 30 miles…
