I dont typically head to a gym but ill find outdoorsy stuff to do like hiking or do a lot of walking around. I lost a belt size in Japan just walking everywhere and catching the train and eating when i could during the hot summer.

I eat lots of fruits like apples snd bananas. I also eat tons of vegetables. Keeps me going quite well and under 1000 calories on some days. The trick is to eat low calories in high volume. Did i mention drink lots of water?

Get it all out of your fridge (the bad stuff) replace them with healthy choices and exercise as much as you can per week. Eventually the exhaustion should make it so you dont wanna spend the extra time to buy something and eat and when you get home there are only healthy options. It worked for me and now my diet has…

Try stationary bike and cycle in the upright position as much as you can. If thats uncomfortable try a recumbant bike. Both are low impact but can burn as much calories as running.
