I do cheat meals once a week. It took a while to find out how much i can handle without overdoing it. For me that calorie count was 2500. If i went past that I'd be in for a 2 week period of fighting to get back on track. Trial and error is what i would suspect everyone goes through.

I read in the past that people would shake up cocacola so that it becomes flat and drink it. It served the same purpose as a energy drink/energy shot. Dunno how much of it's true since i have never tried it.

Im a 4 if that's the case. I couldn't get a date if my life depended on it. Been put down by so many women and also never been hit on in my life by anyone of my liking.
