Hello fitness pals, how are you all doing? I've been under my calorie limit everyday - something I am quite proud of. However, I made absolutely zero progress this week :s My scale shows the same weight as last Monday. Exactly the same! How can it be? I have to say that I feel quite disappointed. :'( I really hoped to make…

Hello fitness pals, so I stepped on the scales today and saw that I've lost some weight :) -1,6kg/-3,5lb What an amazing feeling! Although I think the whole planning, food weighing and cooking is quite complicated, it is definitely worth it. I managed to log everything I ate and stay within my calorie limit. I am very…

If I calculated that correctly this would mean a weightloss of about 0,42kg/0,93lb per week. That should be manageable! I have set a…

@singingflutelady That's nice to hear :) Yes I think it's a good choice for people interested in classical music. So are you playing the flute? (because of your name) ;) @kissmynivarna Really? I didn't know that it's used as a name too. :) Yes, you are right, any kind of bread really seems bad when you are trying to lose…

Hello Fitnesspals, I really need to start monitoring my calories again...and I thought 100 days are long enough to really feel and see a difference. I hope to also inspire my family to join me. @carlsoda: yes, that's true. I actually got inspired by a youtube video. And I thought, yeah, I want to do this. B)
