I most likely did not answer my question correctly. I am not doing strength training, the only thing I do is walk every day. Should I take rest days from the walking? Walk Sun, Mon, Tuesday, rest Wednesday, walk Thursday, Friday, rest Saturday OR just walk everyday that I can?

MorningStar farms vegetarian sausage or turkey sausage. As stated above I have made my own with ground turkey breast and sausage seasoning. I eat ham as well, more protein less fat.

Depends on what I eat but probably average 400 cal. If I eat very light I will usually have a mid morning snack. I try to keep it around 500 cal per meal.
