He kneads all the time, blankets, in the air, where ever. He moves as he kneads me looking for a softer spot.

I don't know what comes up more, "woo", "anybody doing KATO?" "Imma vegan!" or "Net Carbs!!!1!!!" https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/comment/42678389 Woo is good unless you are easily offended, if you are easily offended then it is the most evil horrible insult in a family friendly environment.

What really shocks me is on the days I don't get exercise, the predicted difference isn't as large as the days I do get exercise. I am still eating under my allotted calories but without that exercise the loss estimate isn't as great.

I do have a question about the Kodiak muffin apple and cinnamon flavor Why do they list the cholesterol as greater than 5mg?
-
Serving size is different between the two.
-
I tried a Kodiak muffin for my first time this morning, I am pretty sure it was the apple cinnamon flavor. It was soft but the dehydrated apples were a little tough. Maybe if you let it sit for five minutes before cooking the water could soak into the dried apples and soften them. It wasn't hard, just tough. off topic…

An incline increase will burn more calories than a speed increase.

So does time in low earth orbit, but I am not doing either.

So you are the perfect height.

This recipe is similar to a family favorite, I make it slightly different. You could make it creamier by pureeing some of the beans. Cuban Black Bean Soup https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/dave-lieberman/black-bean-soup-recipe-1916368 I don't use ketchup, I add more types of spices, more cilantro/coriander and a LOT more…

This came across in my newsfeed today. 3 Tasty Desserts You Can Make With Chickpeas That Are Protein-Rich, Vegan, and Gluten Free 1) Cinnamon-Cranberry Chickpea Blondies (I like blondies better than brownies) 2) No-Bake Chickpea Chocolate-Chip Cookies 3) Secret-Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Mousse…

If you are using the search bar for an egg or banana add the letters 'USDA' to the search, this will help in getting a more accurate result. If you don't have a food scale, please get and use a food scale to weigh your food. Measuring cups are not accurate.

That will be one advantage of the automated restaurants, the robots will most likely put on an exact amount of the ingredients.

That is great that the circuit is empty, usually there is someone who doesn't understand what it is for, uses one machine and throws everyone else off.

The predictive five week weight is based on the your last entered weight. If you went back and completed previous entries again it would base it on your current (last entered) weight. Don't take the five week prediction too seriously, there are too many factors to make an accurate prediction five weeks out. Completing the…

You need to start weighing your food, not using a measuring cup. (and weigh the meatball)

That makes sense, it reduces the number of meaningless messages.

e-gads! (I am insulted that you called me a journalist.) No I am not, but I have worked in the media long enough to know it is ALL fake and pure B.S.

I posted a link to this video the other day, 38 runners give advice on how to start running. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10697632/your-first-5k-race (I am not a runner, but I do see this type of topic come up often on MFP)

They need to add an "GAWD your a flipping idiot!" button so no one is confused. Again, I vote to get rid of the ratings, the likes and everything else except for the quote and flag buttons, they are the only buttons needed.

I don't like that you have 99 "woos", you now have 100.

Try prune juice mixed with apple juice. (That is what my mother a nurse would give the patients at the hospital back in the day.) Seriously, try cranraisins and the no oil sun dried tomatoes.

Try cranraisins and raw no oil sun dried tomatoes out of the package.

Your urine or someone else's urine? :D

I think that is a good point, if you see a constant lower number and then have a day where the predicted weight rises it is a good reminder not to eat the same way again.
-
@pinuplove This was thick cut bacon so each slice weighed more than a usual slice. The post wasn't about the weight of the bacon, it was a fun post about making sure to weigh your food when you log. Another one of those reminders that you have to be very careful. I have had good turkey bacon and horrible turkey bacon, it…

I have said this before but it is getting worse, when my cat kneads me it is getting more uncomfortable. He thinks kneading me is very important and does it for three to five minutes each night.

About two months ago I tried on some smaller waist band pants I had in the closet, I was happy they fit. These were the pants I felt that maybe someday I could get back into. My previous pants were baggy and needed a belt, these smaller pants fit but were snug. Today I discovered that these pants will slide down without a…

The chimichanga pictured is from a website where it is baked instead of deep fried, they claim it is only 350 calories. http://www.kitchme.com/recipes/oven-fried-chicken-chimichangas
