What I have learned is people at the gym are way to self absorbed to be looking/interested in what you are doing! They will be much more focused on themselves. Just remember everyone is just there trying to be a better version of themselves no matter what that looks like :) Good Luck!

I love running. I do it more for my mental health than my physical health.The runners high I get every time I complete a long run is amazing. :)

I am 5'2 and 139 as of this morning. Started at 154 with a goal of 130. Running has honestly become an escape for me.. not only does it free up some calories but it also helps my mental health!

I never liked running and now run 3-5 miles every other morning. Running outside has always been easier to me but once I started watching Netflix while running on the treadmill I prefer the treadmill. Anxiety has really taken control of my life so I completely Understand. I never wanted to be on medication but Xanax helps so much that I definitely recommend at least having an open mind. Although mine hasn’t completely gone away I have found ways to cope! I hope it helps to know you aren’t alone <3

Thanks everyone! This all helped so much. I feel much better now. I plan to follow the MFP method and base the activity level on my job and treat exercise calories completely separate! :)

My fiance and I have been cutting them in fry shape and then baking them in the oven with olive oil (20 mins). I do so well during the week as well, workout every day and come in at or under calories, but fall apart on the weekend. Everyone around me always wants to go out to eat and/or drink and its hard to be in that social setting and behave =(
