Bookmarked just so I could see the picture of the donut later :joy: No shame.

Yep. And eating soup is the Summer is weird. Can't do it.

I had mine out several years ago- I remember in the first few months afterwards I did have trouble with fatty and greasy food- but that faded away and I've never had any additional issues! I think this just depends on the person! There are supplements out that there that may help, but I've never really looked into them.

Sounds like great progress! Good work! :)

Pepsi Max is the best of all diet sodas. Also- greek yogurt tastes exactly like spoiled milk (gosh that ones really been weighing on me).

Like you I have very little time in the morning to make something fresh. My go to is some sort of ready-made bar (KIND bars, Nutrigrain, various protein bars) or either buying the already hard boiled eggs from the store and grabbing a couple from the fridge each morning. Just saying- if it's convenience you're looking for-…

Yay! Didn't realize this- Thanks!

Congrats- you look awesome! I have a very similar body type and my before looks identical to yours! I'm at -33lbs right now so it's nice to see what I may look like once I reach -40! Thanks for sharing!

I agree with this- the annoying part though is that MFP won't let you log a day that they consider is "too low" and then it won't count towards my overall weekly totals (which is how I track). Is there a way around this?

Exactly this! ^

Congrats- your hard work has really paid off!

33 lbs (so far) in 8 months.

@Styggian thank you so much for the wonderful tips. I think you may have convinced me to try it out. If I don't love it, then I can check it off of my things I've always wanted to try.

Congrats- great job!:)

Congrats! You look amazing! :)

Touche' ... My tennis shoes are fairly new but probably not the ideal shoe for running. Guess I never considered that would make that big of a difference especially when not trying to do any serious running. Also- a good point about the sports bra- the ones I use now could afford to be a little more heavy duty lol. Thanks…

Well- I have tried a couple times on the treadmill at a very slow pace to switch between jogging and walking and it's kind of hard to describe but I feel like the transition between walking and jogging is VERY jolting to my body- more so than I feel that it should be. Like my steps are coming down harder and heavier than…

Bookmarked this to follow your progress. Have been wanting to start this program for a long time- but feel like I need to get closer to my goal weight before doing so. Currently down 32 lbs with 15 left so not too far! Thanks for sharing your journey!

I love ranch and recently tried the Hidden Valley Ranch made with greek yogurt. It's 60 calories per serving (the regular is 120 per serv) and it tastes very very close to the original. Also- I really dislike greek yogurt by itself so if you do too you may still like this. I discovered that I really like salsa as a nice…

Loved reading this. Congrats and good luck on your journey! :)

I was telling my husband this very thing the other day. We attended a wedding and I thought I looked BOMB! I was in the mirror like "Oh snap I look good!" Went to the wedding- had a fabulous time and felt great the whole time. The next day I saw a picture of myself someone took and was super confused. The way I looked in…

The biggest thing for me so far has been overcoming my attitude about the gym. I was SO terrified of going at first because I was overly concerned about what people would think of me/that I didn't belong/would look ridiculous etc... -32 lbs later and I actually enjoy going now which is something I never thought I would…
