Love my daily exercise, getting ready to spend 2 wks visiting kids and hoping to continue. I iust can't let myself get distracted. Vacations are tough!

1.5 cups mixed fresh fruit with .5 Cups 1% cottage cheese or steel cut oats topped with 1 fried egg. YUM!

I'm thrilled if I get 5 hrs. Have never found anything to help other than Simply Sleep pills. Only take once a week or so.

Age 57 Ht 5'6" SW 132 CW 125 Need to maintain and BACK OFF THE WINE! A glass while cooking, 1 with dinner, 1 later in the evening. Usually between 4-930 pm. Too many cals.

Versa for 5 months, did WW for 3 months then came back to MFP. Hope I keep up with this. WW had a terrific social community.

I'm going to make smarter lunch plans and I MUST back off my evening wine and weekend devil-may-care eating. March is my month. Going to get it done!

I drink wine every day. A glass while cooking dinner and a glass (or 2!) with dinner and later in the evening. I'm not a little old lady or an alcoholic. I rarely eat sweets and do not eat desserts or ice cream. Everything in moderation. 🍷 Cheers!
