NSV- I did not stress eat leftover ice cream cake that’s in the freezer today. My oldest had a scary night with uncontrollable coughing and trouble breathing last night. Today she was diagnosed with the flu. We all got flu shots, so I’m hoping we all don’t get sick.

I’m having trouble keeping up with the thread. Between kids who are constantly sick or teething and multiple home projects, I’ve been busy. I’m still tracking and trying to squeeze in exercise. Hopefully everyone is having a great week!

@vicky2767 I might try under 100g. I like rules to guide my eating, but starting with 100 might help me be more successful.

@gjaholy33 it’s oats that I miss most! I always thought it’d be sugar, but oats in my smoothies somehow make them more filling.
