  • I think we all have been there. What works for me is drinking water before meals, I drink a 16oz bottle of water before I eat. I eat lean proteins and nutrient rich low calorie foods, they actually make you feel full and your less hungry even throughout the day.
  • You’re 19 so it will be easy to get that metabolism going, your still so young. I recommend high protein low calorie diet and I don’t know your schedule but try to workout 20-30 minutes every day then build that up with time. It’s not going to be easy because you will have to adjust but I’m telling you it will be all worth…
  • I like to scramble 1-2 eggs with onion, red and green bell peppers and a quarter piece of a skinless turkey sausage cut up. It’s like a scrambled omelette, I have that with whatever fruits I choose to juice that morning.
  • Walking works it’s cardio so you burn a lot of calories so in combination with your low fat diet you should see results. I had a baby by c-section, so I was in too much pain to do anything but walk in the beginning, I had to heal first so I walked. I was determined to start losing the baby weight and I lost 40lbs in 2 1/2…
  • We’re about the same size I’m try to lose 50lbs by the end of the year, I have two boys it’s hard to stay motivated. I just try to keep in mind that I want my old body back and how I want to look and feel in my clothes, my fiancé thinks I’m gorgeous but it’s about how I feel about myself and being healthy. Feel free to add…
  • Sounds like we have kind of the same goal... good luck!
  • Yes it is uncomplicated I can put the baby in the stroller and go he enjoys it as well!
  • No December isn’t...time flies so I have to work hard!
  • Thanks I will keep that in mind so if I don’t lose the full 10lbs I won’t be so hard on myself
  • Kale is so yummy, especially raw. But you can make all sorts of things like stir fry, chicken wraps with kale instead of lettuce, stuffed chicken breast, add it to different pastas, and of course it’s great in smoothies!
  • Started at 316, I’m currently 295. My short term goal is to be 270 by August and be 240 by December. Long term I want to get to my goal weight of 150lbs sometime next year!
  • I just got my head back in the game as well, I haven’t had motivation for months now so yesterday was day one on my new diet and fitness goals. I’ll definitely add you maybe we can motivate each other.
  • I understand your frustration it is so hard to stay motivated especially when the scale isn’t moving backwards and you’ve been working so hard. What are you eating, maybe adjusting your eating habits some more would help especially since your working out so much.
