Find somebody who's on the same path as you. Because if you get involved with someone who doesn't care about their diet habits it'll be an issue later on down the road. Be upfront on the first date about everything.

I hit up the gym like a soilder and had a bad diet, I didn't lose a pound. I quit the gym and started eating healthy and lost a ton of weight. More in two months of not working out than a year of working out at the gym 5 days a week.

I always weigh myself after , if you can't make sure you weigh yourself naked because I have found out that my pants and shirt weight almost 3 pounds. Also do it before you shower because your skin and hair soaks up water .

Sometimes mfp doesn't always calculate food calories. One chick had logged that she cleaned the house or 20 minutes and mfp said she burned like 600 calories. Just go with your intuition. Everyone has that annual fee. But planet fitness charges a cancellation fee as well. I'd go with a gym that offers more and has more variety of people for motivation. And if there's more classes you can switch it up when you get bored. I love to swim and sit in a sauna or steam room. But it's up to you.

You can improve the appearance of the skin by using it. But since the creams will go deeper because of needles use a natural product like Shea. I used Shea bar of soap by Palmer's on my body and it improved my stretch marks a lot.

Just keep going. I am 5'5 was 220 lost 20 pounds in the first 2 months and had to switch things up here n there. It's been 4 years and I'm down 60 pounds. But I've been comfortable no going 💯 all the time. I didn't gain anything back. Just lost in phases.

It'll go away. I had killer knee and back pain and it went away when I lost weight. I started at 220. It was gone when I lost 20 pounds.

I will . I just took a warm shower and massaged some tiger balm into the area. I took one Tylenol and can now sit and stand on my own. It's either my butt muscle or muscles on the sides of my tail bone but it feels so much better and right now I'm just relaxing in bed icing it.
