I did lots of yard work on Sunday, and today I put something on the floor, bending my back and not
my knees and Bam ! Pain. I sat down for a second on the couch and then decided to go to bed and this took all I had in me. After I forced myself to stand and take a Tylenol now I'm relaxing in bed. I don't work out, I just clean and garden here n there.

So how long does it take to be able to stand easily without struggling? Any tips on how to relax this sore muscle . Its sore on both sides of my tail bone. I have bad posture when cleaning so this has happened. I think this time I'll write about it in my journal 😂

I'd see a doctor and physio, especially if it's a recurring injury. Backs should not be messed with.

I pulled my back out 3 years ago. Prior to that 10 years ago.

Ice and rest. Easy stretching when it gets better.

I will . I just took a warm shower and massaged some tiger balm into the area. I took one Tylenol and can now sit and stand on my own. It's either my butt muscle or muscles on the sides of my tail bone but it feels so much better and right now I'm just relaxing in bed icing it.
