  • I have to learn about the Keto. I have heard that often.
  • No fast foods. High calories and high sodium. I'll be over my goal before the day is over with. 😒
  • It's carbs in everything. And its difficult to not have carbs at all. But your body needs some carbs for fuel to your workout routines. Just portion those carbs to cut carbs like bread and rice with plenty of veggies in your meals. Drink plenty of water. That's how you get full.
  • You are turning over a new leaf. Its time to put one foot forward over the other and not looking back on "what I should have done" "what I was suppose to do" or "what I couldn't do." Its time to start now. Whatever it is you want to accomplish, we are here to motivate and help you. One day at a time.
  • Hello Tamaya Its Memorial Motivation Weekend. I just finished working out with Trainer John Peel at the Grand Canyon on the Proform Cardio Hiit. Great workout. If you dont have a Proform or Nordictrac equipment, invest in one. Its well worth the money. I didnt plan to workout today but I got it done anyway. Thinking about…
  • Well I would say turkey bacon? Or a grill skinless chicken breast along with grits or whole wheat waffles. That has high protein. Me personally I skip the eggs. It contains high cholesterol. But egg whites is good. Depends on the individual tho and what their body needs. I notice in most foods when it comes to nutrition…
  • Strength training and cardio. Running will do depends on how fuctional your joints are. I have seen before and after pic of those who had cellulite and it wasnt not there anyone. It was replaced with muscle toning.
  • Hey Tex Trying is a start. Food is my weakness too. Especially during bbq season and holidays. But I had to stick it out on sacrificing some things I love to eat. And that is red meat and sweets and potato chips Ugh. Lol. But most part is I cut back mainly on processed foods. No more McDonalds Lol. I just put more…
  • Same here Mark. I gave up on dieting. I just cut back on foods like processed foods, fast foods, sweets, and junk foods. Me personally I cut out eating red meats which is hard. Especially during cookout seasons. Craving was my weakest. Sure I'll have a slice of pizza but 1 slice is all and a garden salad with it and a tall…

  • Same here. All I can say is focus on achieving that goal. Keep your body and your feet moving. Its hard but as long as you have that drive into gear you shouldnt have any problems. If you feel you are dragging your feet on a day your mind says YES and your body says NO, or vise versa, pick yourself up and get it done. One…
  • Hello AllenIba Just stay focus. Shun any distractions that may come your way. If you feel you are dragging your feet on a day you suppose to workout because your mind said so and not your body, pick yourself up and get it done. Take one day at a time. But don't over work yourself. Mind over matter. YOU GOT THIS.
  • A medium size garden salad wit 1 cup of tuna platter with a bottle water cost me $16. I will say this...buying healthy products ( greens/veggies/fresh fruits) cost way less than buying meats and junk food.
