Getting back in the groove is tough, my 1st time doing Zumba was this week and also did Cardio fit. I'm so happy to get back to working on becoming a better me.Any suggestions or tips will be appreciated. Xoxo

Just stay focus. Shun any distractions that may come your way. If you feel you are dragging your feet on a day you suppose to workout because your mind said so and not your body, pick yourself up and get it done. Take one day at a time. But don't over work yourself. Mind over matter. YOU GOT THIS.
