So when yoh fast im guessing its cool to stay under 1200 cal a day. Or could you easily eat up to 2000 cal within an 8 hour span?

Download a water tracker app and by adding your weight and age it should tell you how much water you should be drinking a day.

I usually intake no more than 1500mg of soldium a day sometimes right at the nose of 2000. (Tracking) But drink 135 fl oz of water a day during my daily excerise routine. Good or bad?

16-8 fasting. With 2500-3000 cal burn a day. I will see how it works for me.

Yup me too. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again. It worked then but it Alert happed the next day I tried to complete my diary. So I had to go on the site to do it. i'm starting to get lil annoyed when it does that.
