I like to add lemon to water, it's better than plain boring water, & i read about the PH benefits of alkalining your body. I am also concerned about the acid eating away at my teeth. I was wondering if brushing my teeth afterwards will help with that?

My cardio is 30-40 mins on elliptical or treadmill or step aerobics or walking. Strength training is lifting light weights now & body weight exercises for an hour or so.

If i eat salmon at all, i have to eat salmon patties from canned salmon. I cannot eat fresh salmon, i tried baking fresh salmon one time, it had too much of a fishy taste.

Oh yea, I forgot to add in details about me. I'm have not worked out in so long, I am starting over, I am like a beginner. I have lost weight before years ago, but gained it all back. Now I am 56 years old and need to lose weight again. I am doing this for weightloss. I need to lose 100 lbs.

I am just getting back on track of working out. I plan to do 2 rest days of doing nothing, and that will be Fridays - grocery day. And Sundays - cleaning day.

I find that if i do the same exact workout again in 48 hours, that it seems to work the soreness out & relieve the soreness, making it seem less sore.
