What is your experience level with with exercise? Are you a fit person or are you just starting out? Unless you have a fair amount of fitness, that schedule looks too intense to me and you will likely wear your body out from it.

What are your goals that you are trying to accomplish with your fitness?

I was going to ask the same thing...if you're coming from nothing, this is going to be too much too soon. Fitness is something that is built over time. Doing too much too soon increases the risk of injury and usually leads to just flaming out.
  • You’re a little short on cleaning days.

    Impossible to answer.

    Cardio means what?
(My cardio varies from 30 second sprint intervals to 9hrs cycle rides.)

    Fitness goals?

    Experience?

Your definitions of weight training and strength training are I'm afraid rather peculiar. How are stretches strength training?

I am not fit right now. I used to be, but i'm starting over. My cardio consist of 30-40 mins on treadmill or elliptical or working out with a cardio dvd or just walking. I know stretches are not strength training, i just threw that in what all i do on those days. When i do weight training, it's light, I do about 30 mins to an hour worth. and i take my time. I pick a few different exercises for each muscle group.

For strength training/ weight training, follow a proven program designed by a pro, if you want the best results. There's a list of good programs in the pinned post, in the "Which lifting program" thread. There's also one in my profile.
Unless you're just starting out, the weight should be challenging.

If you need more help, explain in detail what being "fit" means to you, since it's different for everyone. :+1:

Personally, it looks exhausting to me. Why cardio and weights the same day?

I'd follow a program designed by someone who knows what they're doing. Rest days are just as important as work out days.
