  • I'd like to join. July did not go well, I need lots of accountability in August. I'll be on vacation 8/23-8/31 so ideally I'd like a lot of focus those first 23 days.   • Last day of July weight 140.7. Up 1.4 lbs, not what I was looking to do! If I was in maintenance I'd be happy but I'm not. Oh well, nothing I can do now but take the lessons learned and try harder in August.
