  • Popping to share that I Finally made it to 200lbs lost! 63 to go! Crossing my fingers that 2020 will be my year! 13 pounds and I’ll be under 200!
  • I hiked up a mountain to a waterfall last week. It wasn’t pretty, and I didn’t think I would make it all the way up, but I did it! Two years ago my knee problems were so bad I couldn’t walk around a store.
  • Back from vacation and it’s weigh in day: SW:331 LW: 326 CW: 328 So I gained two pounds on vacation. I’m back at it today, and it could have been worse. I’m actually relieved!
  • Weigh in day: SW: 331 CW: 326 Total lost in July so far: 5 (woosh week Yay!) 7/7 water: 32oz Now to hold steady on vacation next week!

  • Thanks! I really like what bigghunny said about this being a part of life I have to learn to deal with ( and hopefully enjoy). I’m going to do my best to eat as well as I can and move a lot, and get right back on track when I get home.
