  • Yep, I agree that is a hard time to resist. I have found bringing my own modified snacks helps as well as having lots of fruits and veggies already prepped so easy to grab. And then building in the space for a treat so not to fill totally deprived either. Also sharing with my family and friends so they try to be supportive…

  • One step are a time. It is hard when the motivation isn’t there and I know in those days I try to do one thing: go for a walk, choosing water, calling a friend, or stretching for one minute. I find once I accomplish that one thing it helps me to keep going the next day.

  • Excellent and way to get started. I also started a week ago and know that making better choices will be great for the long run. Small changes is always what has worked best for me so I’m trying to make those. This first week it has been to drink more water.
