HOW DID I LEARN TO DO PUSH-UPS? Before reading my story, please watch this tutorial “The Perfect Push Up | Do it right!” and try to learn the proper form of how a push-up should be done. It is super important no matter the level you are at. https://youtu.be/IODxDxX7oi4 JANUARY-FEBRUARY – Be patient and work on your upper…

New personal records: 15 dec: 6 min plank (start point 30s in January). I haven't trained for this. It was a challenge in a workout and I did it. I was surprised. :-) 16 dec: barbell hip thrust 46kg (82% BW) 19 dec: barbell high squat 46kg (82% BW)

It looks like the 4 pack goal for next year will be very attainable. I can see something something there. :-)

Oh my God, I'm so happy! Caroline Girvan announced that on January 3rd she launches Epic 2!

Sorry for the late reply. Yes. I'll finish Epic next week (AMAZING program. Do it. It will sculpt your body beautifully.) and Gorgeous Glutes will be done at the end of the year.

Thank you so much! I am well, thank you! I hope you are too!

This is a pose that I've accepted for a challenge. Turns out that I should have used the other leg instead to stand on. Oh, well..

That's so sweet, thank you! I should pot more here too. I've only been posting updates on my thread.

ALWAYS focusing on progressive load. I always increase the weight/intensity/reps, I change the style of exercising every 2 months, I do as many variations as I can of an exercise. For the upper body the Athlean-X Challenge did it for me. I mean I was doing 25 push-ups per set by then and he was promising a 50% increase…

I have another piece of good news: yesterday, for the first time in the last 20 years (yes, I was 14), I bought a size XS dress and I'm rocking it. I love it! Especially since I've never been able to wear a very tight dress as a woman and that at my heaviest I even wore size L. It was an early Christmas gift from my…

Dad's finally got sent home on Tuesday (17th). Not in the best shape of course but anything is better than dead or paralyzed from the neck down. It took him more than 20 minutes, a walker and 3 persons to help him slowly walk from the entrance of the building to his apartment. He could raise his feet but I was guiding them…

Thank you! He does. I was just about to make a post about it. :-)

Thanks!

Your welcome. :-) Take it easy and gradually do what you can. In time you'll gain more mobility and you'll improve.

It spiked no interest here or in my Facebook group, so I did it alone. All I can say is that the benefits are wonderful and I recommend yoga to all who are willing to do it. It helps with flexibility, mobility, balance, well being and help's with having a better posture while doing strength workouts. Thanks!

Thank you so much! I've only been working out consistently for 10 months. I'm very far from my ultimate goal (I don't plan to stop pushing my limits). I've been a lazy *kitten* for 34 years and avoided physical activities every time I could. I have to make up for that time. By the time I turn 40 I want to look and feel…

Thank you so much! It doesn't matter how many times you fall but how many times you get up. Don't ever stop. You don't progress only if you don't even try. :-)
