I do p90x; currently on week two. Tomorrow is recovery day then week 3. I'm having issues with footwork on kenpo x.

I've never hit a plateau, got to make sure you eat based on activity level. Even then suddenly being active, stick to eating less. Make sure you got a training program, mixed between flexibility, strength and stretch every day even on recovery days.

Good job on the weight lose. I would recommend yoga, flexibility training helps a lot specially before muscles get to tight. Hey, just don't your best forget the rest each day.

Well sometimes it's temporary weight, mostly occurred when body needs to adjust or heal muscle. It does way something.

I appreciate the comment, never felt this way after a work out. I just feel pumped, energized and don't feel gross. I'm not giving up my morning walk, feel like it helps me able to do P90x and still do the warm ups too.

I appreciate the support, not going to be a easy journey but I will do this. I learn it's amazing what you can do if a friend or self and challenge to do something.
