Today I did an Orangetheory 60 minute workout. They have a 8 week transformational challenge going on there starting tomorrow that I joined. I weighed in at 157. My goal is to loose 20 lbs going to 137 lbs in 8 weeks. I am going to: 1. exercise 7 hours a week 2. drink only water 3. eat 95% clean and track it here

Today's non scale victories I got in an hour of yoga I got a fair amount of water in I defined my fitness/weight goal and put a time length on it.

Today I did 3 small workouts 30min, 15min and a 5 min spread out through my day Today I was at my friend and as I was leaving she wanted me to take a wrapped candy. I took it but did not eat it. I met my step goal of 12,000

Today my husband offered me chocolate and I said no I wasn't eating chocolate anymore and I didn't even crave it. Today I got out running even though it was sprinkling out. Was very refreshing. Today I ate 100% clean.

for working out my goal is 30min -1hr a day of running, biking, swimming, yoga or bootcamp I try to workout everyday. I swim on Saturdays, Do bootcamps Mon & Wednesday and run and do yoga inbetween. I crave sweets the most, bakery, cookies, chocolate. I have been really working hard the last few weeks with my diet. I would say 5/7 days I am not eating sweets anymore. How about you Christina?
