Had a good day with staying below calories and doing my cardio (c25k) despite being sick. Just under 19 minutes for a mile, a week and a half ago it was 22-23 minutes.

Alright guys I have a "treat" if you really want to call it that haha. As side by side as I can manage of myself on the 19th of july at 420 and today at 397. I feel like I can see a little bit of a difference but I'm my own worst critic.
