I would like to be able to do a "quick" deduct. Just like a quick add but it would let me remove calories and nutrients. Helpful if for example you have a burger out and dont eat the bun. Or you skip the desert in a microwave dinner.

Try and not look at measuring sucess day by day. Go week by week. I have my week start on sunday when i always eat lower cal and very healthy. Usually follow it up with a good monday. On tueaday or wednesday i usually fall off the wagon and have a "bad" day but because of the strong start my averages and macros are not too…

I couldnt imagine 10k calories in 1 day. I am 6'3 205 lb male. 5000 calories is doable if eating a bunch of pizza and drinking beers, but 10k in ONE day???

Yes mostly water but still can be used for motivation. You can probably back it up with another week of 3 to 4 lbs, but then it will slow down to a number based on in versus out. Ill support the great figure. Nothing to be unhappy about there. On the bloat carbs suck in water so try going low carb for a week and see. Also you may try getting more h2o so your body doesnt hold as much... good luck.
