Lost 5.3lbs week one!

So excited !! I know it's mostly prob water weight but I don't care! Just excited to be out of the 240s for good!!

  • Yes mostly water but still can be used for motivation. You can probably back it up with another week of 3 to 4 lbs, but then it will slow down to a number based on in versus out. Way to go and use it as motivation just be realistic going forward. I lost about 10 pounds my first couple of weeks and it really helped get me motivated and going. Then i went on a crazy 4 week mission; 2 x gym / 5 days a week (weight in am / cardio in pm), eating super clean at around 2200 calories per day, 1 gal of h2o per day. I made a point of not stepping on the scale until after the 4 weeks was up. When the day came i was so excited to see my progress. I figured at least 10 lbs loss and was hoping for more. I only lost 3 pounds but felt better and looked better so kept going!
