Instead of tracking weight loss maybe check if you can see how much fat/percentage of body fat you are losing as you could be replacing that with muscle thus causing weight to maintain. If you have a complete nutrition near you they have a scale that scans your body and gives you all of that information.

Also don't get discouraged. Just because your actual weight doesn't drop that DOES NOT mean you aren't losing fat. Keep up your hard work!
