Start of week 3
Hello everyone! June 25th marked the start of my fitness journey. I weighed in at 178 pounds and 56lbs of that was fat. In one week thanks to a change of diet and exercise I lost 6lbs of body fat which helped reduce my total percent body fat from 31% to 28%. This upcoming Monday starts week 3 of this adventure. I am…
