Start of week 3

Hello everyone! June 25th marked the start of my fitness journey. I weighed in at 178 pounds and 56lbs of that was fat. In one week thanks to a change of diet and exercise I lost 6lbs of body fat which helped reduce my total percent body fat from 31% to 28%. This upcoming Monday starts week 3 of this adventure. I am looking for other members in the community who would like to help keep each other inspired, motivated, and feel that support you need to keep pushing through.     Well done for your great start!

    Your first week's weight loss is always nearly all water weight, and subsequent weeks are never as big a loss, so don't be discouraged.

    You should aim to lose 2 lbs per week until you only have about 40 lb left to lose, then reduce it to 1 lb till you have 15 lb to go, then 0.5 lb.
